The staff was extremely helpful, talked with us for quite a while about different restaurants in the area for our anniversary ... dinner and made us reservations. They also gave us free breakfast for our anniversary too! Rooms were great, the updates they made to the hotel are very nice and modern! Great experience, would go back!

Did not like the double beds, thought that they would be queen size. The continental breakfast was $17.00, so we ate ... elsewhere. The room was nice, and quiet. Location was great. No live music in the lounge area. We thought it was overpriced for what we received.

Our Stay, although a but strange, was very pleasant. Personalized room temperatures, fast service, and spacious rooms made ... our stay wonderful. Would definitely book again. Our room door wouldn't lock when it was closed but guest services fixed it while we were out for the day. Very friendly staff. Recommended.

We were moving my son to a new apartment and the location was perfect. Strange goings on in the lobby the weekend we were ... there as it was some kind of gay softball league.I can't imagine that this happens every weekend. Overall the hotel was fine except for one small item which drove me nuts. The lightbulbs were so low (green) that I could not see to read at night. Very important to me.

There is a French Bistro located not far from the beach where there are many volleyball courts. The food was out of this world although pricey ;it was worth it.

Great Hyatt service but the cleaning service was awful - beds not made - trash not emptied - nothing was dusted - new towels ... everyday but left the used ones - sink not cleaned. I did alert the manager and hopefully this problem will be taken care of. Rooms could use some updating and the rooms and bathrooms were small

We were in Milwaukee for Irish Fest and consequently did not spend a lot of time at the hotel. It was very convenient for ... walking to the fairgrounds (about a mile)and Mo's, just a few blocks away, provided free return shuttle service. The floor in the room had small trash from the previous occupants, and the housekeeping staff left only 1 packet (1 serving) of coffee for 2 occupants. Airport shuttle service for 2 was $48 plus tip. Breakfast was expensive ($10 for continental buffet and $17 for hot buffet), but other options exist nearby.

The hotel is set up in such a way that every room can hear the activity in the conference lobby. So if you are there and ... there is a major conference on that goes late you will hear it! We were kept up until 1:00am! The hotel looks very nice - is very modern, nicely decorated and very clean - but the sheets didn't even fit the bed - we fought with them all night. Great breakfast and coffee in Bistro 333.

The hotel was in a great location that is surrounded by restaurants, shops and other fun-to-do activities. The hotel staff ... was pretty informed and they were willing to call ahead and confirm plans for us. The only things that the hotel lacked were a pool and fast cleaning staff. It took until 3pm before some one cleaned up our room.

The hotel has been recently renovated. The lobby and rooms are very nice. The location is great - by the river - close to ... good restaurants and things to do. The only complaint was that there was a wedding the night we stayed there which was extremely noisy and kept us from sleeping even though we were on the 6th floor. There atrium style means that you hear any loud lobby noise.
