Generally very good. Food is not great, but passable. Strangely, there was a desk in the room at which to work, but no ... plugs/outlets nearby in which to connect power for computers or to charge PDAs/phones. Very peculiar. Also, wireless internet was extremely spotty. So much so that the hotel took the charges off my bill.

Our room faced Concourse "c" and the central control tower. We were concerned about noise. But, no problem. Soooo quiet! ... Wonderful heavy dark curtains to block light too. Even better for me, great products in the bath and sink area. I even ordered more Hyatt At Home products when I returned home. The best plus for this hotel is the incredible staff. I have NEVER come across such a friendly, helpful and courteous staff. From the shuttle drivers to the room service staff. Amazing.Everyone smiles and greets you. And, they are sincere! We had a two day stay due to travel delays. No problem at check in. Oh..the beds!! And pillows...To die for.

I just went for a quick personal visit. Needed a quick in and out of DFW so location was perfect. Loved fitness center. ... Coffee shop conventiently located downstairs, great room-service menu, very friendly staff. I am picky but I can't think of anything negative to write.

All of the staff were eager to please and went out their way to assist with any request. "Mr. G's" at the hotel was ... absolutely superb with food and service. We were treated as if no one else was present; that only the two of us were the center of the staff's attention. Food was amazingly well prepared with great attention to presentation. We will probably return to the hotel just to eat at Mr. G's.

Stayed here to wait for daughter who was arriving on late flight. Last minute flight delays meant having to cancel one room. ... Reservation was nonrefundable but accommodating staff gave us credit for another stay. Disappointed that Orbitz showed this promotion to include free breakfast for two but hotel was not aware of it. Again, the staff were obliging and credited our acct. for the price of the breakfasts.

Close to airport without the noise

Nice to be so close to the airport that you can actually get off the plane and walk to your car. In the past we stayed close ... to the airport but would drop our car off at the Spot and take a shuttle to the airport. By staying this close to the airport we were able to sleep an extra 30 minutes. There is a shuttle service to the airport that was there when we needed it. The room was very nice and comfortable. The only downside of this stay was the staff seemed put out when we had questions about parking arrangements. Overall nice place to stay.
