Home away from home...

I was traveling due to a death in the family. My travel arrangements were made quickly, and my wife suggested this hotel ... because she'd stayed at the same chain in Sacramento. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect for traveling in and out of the city. I really appreciated the first class treatment I received.

The Hyatt Place is near the airport but there is no airport noise. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have a lovely ... decor. Ther is a free computer workstation. A generous continental breakfast is included. Service is good. There was some confusion about our bill being prepaid through Orbitz. The staff understood the mistake (although we were charged again for two rooms), and said the problem should be resolved within 24 hours. We'll see.
