HYATT Place
It was a very beautiful hotel, the rooms were on the small side. I wish they had pictures of the bathrooms on the website it ... would be nice to see wat kind of shower or tub they have cause we got a room with no tub. We could hear ppl in the hall so Im pretty sure they could hear us too!

Re build your bathroom
the bathroom door hit the toilet, the shower had no door, after 15 minutes of thinking they had no hot water, just warm ... water, the hot water came out. They said they had 24hs room service but i went crazy trying to find a menu or any of those folders with the information on the hotel. I ended up going to a fast food restaurant around the corner, and when I quick dialed the wake up call it went into an automated hotel reservations number that seemed more nation wide than the hotel i was staying at. One way or the other after dialing 2 times i ended up setting the alarm clock in my phone.

the forgotten one
We went to a festival as a family for the weekend. When we returned to our room on sat. 10/31 we were in awe that the room ... had not been cleaned. The light in the sitting area did not function also. I wanted to read while waiting for the family to get ready and they did not function. I am suprised that a pricey hotel like this could have such bad service.

Very nice hotel
Very nice rooms with comfortable bed and pillows. Absolutely loved the flat screen HD TV! Easy kiosk check-in and ... check-out. Free wifi without any connections problems. Only bad thing was locating this place at night. Was a bit hard to find but certainly worth the trouble.

Best Room I've ever stayed in
I was there for less than 12 hours, but the room was amazing. Probably the nicest room I've stayed in, good sized living ... area, nook for the bed, fantastic shower, low, relaxing lighting without being dark. The biggest issue is that the address listed on the website[...] does not get you to the front entrance. Therefore I far too long driving around Houston trying to find the hotel.

Very un-nerving
Although the hotel appearance was neat & attractive my car was parked under a light and was vandalized. The next night four ... other cars were vandalized. several times as I left or returned to the hotel there were police speaking with someone near the entrance of the lobby. I felt very unsafe & had trouble sleeping. My book which I left on the coffee counter in my room was soaked and ruined by whomever cleaned the counter in my room.

Great service, price!
A great hotel with excellent service. They will take you just about anywhere for free in their shuttle (tips not included, of ... course). Also, rooms are large with nice TVs and bathrooms. A good continental breakfast as well. This hotel was really worth what we paid!
