Some of the staff were very friendly. Others were quite unfriendly. AC didn't work properly or consistently. Large TV was ... great, and breakfast was good. Room was large.

So so
I was looking for a home as I'm relocating to GA. I would like to have had better food service (rather than no bowls or ... yogurt at breakfast, hard to get hot water for tea, staff more interested in talking to each other than serving customers.) The hotel key did not work, got a second one and it took 5 tries to open door. On the other hand, the location is convenient and the desk staff were great. As a gold member it would be nice to be offered a complimentary glass of wine but no deal. The sofa in my room was stained and worn. Not anywhere near as nice as other Hyatt Place hotels I've stayed in.

the hotel was convenient to the airport and clean The staff was very helpful and polite. the separation between the bedroom ... and sitting area was a good surprise. the only drawback for me was there was no safe in the rooms only in the hotell office which i took advantage of the individual safem but otherwise it is a great hotel.

Very Close to the airport
The hotel looks great and the service was exceptional! My only complaint was that my sheets and pillow cases had a funny ... smell to them. Guest services immediately changed them when I called but the new sheets smelled funny too. It must have been the detergent or something. I would still stay there again because the front desk staff was friendly and courteous. I arrived early and they did their best to get me a room ready even though they were full the previous night. The rooms were very updated and clean and the bed was large and soft. Great stay overall.

Nice Hotel; Close to Airport
This is a very nice hotel experience, especially given the price range. We stayed here to be close to the airport for an ... early mornign departure, switching from the Hyatt Regency in downtown Atlanta. The comparison is not to be believed. The room here was more spacious than the one we had at the Regency, the bathroom was more well-appointed, and the room service is available round the clock, versus the 12:30 am cut-off at the Regency. My boyfriend cannot understand why it costs nearly three times the price to stay at a hotel that doesn't have a refrigerator or microwave in the room than one that does, so he was especially pleased that this hotel offers the in-room wet bar and refrigerator. This is a great hotel to choose if you are looking in the budget hotel range, much better than the Holiday Inn, Hampton Inn, or Best Western in my opinion.

The hotel is located about two miles from the airport and about 15 minutes from Atl. The staff was nice but lacked some of ... the southern hospitality. There was no night life near this hotel. Good room rates.

Excellent stay!
I arrived late Friday evening flying into Atlanta. Picked up my rental car and drove to the Hyatt. There was plenty of ... parking. The front desk staff quickly checked me in and then kindly made me a great sandwich (which I paid for) since I hadn't eaten and the restaurant was closed. The room was very well done, clean, quiet and everything in the room worked. I had to leave early the next morning to attend a funeral which was the reason I had come into town. Breakfast was up and running with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, etc. My subsequent checkout was quick and efficient. Great experience.

We were there for a football game and had an overall good time. The rooms were very clean and the staff was nice. The hotel ... appears fairly new and had good decor. However, the staff at the hotel did not have much information about what was going on in Atlanta or good local restarants.

Take the shuttle to the Marta. You don't really need a car for anything, unless you are traveling outside of the city. If you enjoy the nightlife, then I recommend going to the underground.

Fantastic getaway
The hotel was very nice spotless. I loved the way the hotel looked and breakfast in the mornomg was great. No complaints ... staff was very nice and helpful everyone was very kind great hospitality. Thank you enough. The only thing I didn't like that my bathroom was very small but thats it.

Worked well.
The room was clean and spacious. Awesome TV system. I was able to play music from my laptop through the speakers because of ... the hook-ups. The staff was very helpful. I had a slow running drain, but housekeeping fixed it right away. I would have preferred a working Ethernet connection in the room as opposed to wi-fi. They offered a computer room so it was okay. I would definitely stay at another Hyatt Place again provided they are all the same quality as this one. Thumbs up!
