The staff was friendly, but the room was not what I expected for the price I paid. In fact, my room at Hyatt Place ... Dallas-Arlington the following weekend was significantly nicer and I paid less than I paid at the Marriott.

We loved how helpful the staff was the most. Very professional, helpful, and friendly staff. The customer service training ... was definately implemented to the employees. Management should be happy!
