Read this before you book!

This small hotel is located in a slum area of city and directly across from park where thugs hangout and watch as guest come ... in and out of hotel. No police around and all kinds of people are around who appear to be up to no good. The worst part is that you have to walk through the park to leave the area and it is unsafe. You feel like an innocent animal about to get devoured by the hungry lion. Hotel room is falling apart and needs major updating. I would HIGHLY suggest paying 20/30 euros more to stay in a safer and cleaner hotel if you value a peace of mind and your safety over being targeted as tourist prey..

Good experience. Well situated even if a little hard to find at first. The payment process between this hotel and Orbitz ... sucks. I thought I had pre-paid but then got tot he hotel and had to resubmit my credit card. I blame Orbitz, not the hotel for this. The hotel is simple and clean and well located. You will not be blown away by it, but good budget option in an expensive city.
