The room we wanted was under renovations and they gave us an unexceptable room. Stayed one night then canceled and went to ... Marriott Courtyard for less!

Staff is super helpful and very nice. Go out of their way to help us. Amenities is basic/ adequate. We did a lot of ... research before hand so know what to expect. Location is great esp. if you're on budget. Easy walk from the main downtown bus station. Also easy walk to downtown restuarants/ shops. That said, the hotel is IMHO a good base to explore greater Cancun environ. Look elsewhere if you want to spend a lot of waking hours enjoying yourself in the hotel.

the hotel was not far from the bus station and that was important for me .I expected more for the quality of this hotel.The ... rating was 4/5 and I tought it was going to be a really nice place but it was far from was I expected.It is old hotel with basic equipement and with a very ordinary breakfast
