Not ready for business yet...

The Indigo Hotel is not fully ready to be receiving guests. The staff wants to be friendly, but they are trained yet. I ... called the operator from the Business Center and the phone was never answered. I finally had to walk to the Front Desk to use their phone to call my room. The plane portion had no problems. The cafeteria was always closed. The hours of operation were erratic! The floor laminate in my room , 406, was coming off so it dipped every time we stepped on it. Overall a poor value for the money paid! More work is needed to make the guest experience more favorable!
