We had a horrible experience with this place. Something was taken from my room, I told the front desk but never got the ... answer or the appology. They lost my reservation then tried to charge me the room all over again at check out, still ignoring to coment on my missing thing. Horrible situation, horrible service!! I will never go to this hotel again and I would never recomend it to anyone!

Trouble with light. Had to call to have new bulbs put in. Great difficulty getting extra pillows. TV was substandard with ... service on might expect 10 years ago- no cable. Staff friendly and made efforts to be servicial. This is a beautiful hotel that needs a MAJOR upgrade in decor, carpets, and customer services.
