Good price-value full service hotel

Conveniently located close to the subway and a wonderful park makes for a good business hotel. It feels like a hotel built in ... the 70s and not renovated since, although it must have been a top-notch place back then. Therefore it looks a little "tired", but everything works (including internet), the staff is helpful, the rooms are quiet and clean and the beds are comfortable. I had a room looking onto a tiny "light shaft", which did not make for a nice view but ensured quietness.

Can't remember the name of the place, but there is an excellent "Cerveceria" on the corner of Calle de O'Donnell and Calle de Maiquez, easily recognizable by all the legs of "Jamon Serrano" hanging in the window. Good for a sandwich or a whole meal if you like local food.
