Room not as nice as photos

Internet at the hotel is not free, and the wireless signals up to the rooms didn't work well one of the nights. I complained ... about this and asked for a refund for the money I had given them that night to use the internet and they refused. The rooms are fine, but the sheets/beds, etc aren't nearly as nice as they looked in the photos.

the staff did not have my reservation when I arrive d which was booked through Orbitz... do not know whose faul that ... was. the staff were helpful in getting a wheel chair at the sirport for my husband as he had a sore foot and helpful in making phone calls

ask for a corner room... it is slightly smaller but a great view of Oblesik.
