Great hotel

We basically toured Amsterdam and its enrirons. The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable answering all of our ... questions. They have internet (my daughter needed that). The breakfast was consistently delicious; enjoyed it. Hotel and rooms were very clean. Room was not large, but very comfortable and nice. Location was great near everything; transportation and shopping, especially Vondelpark. Enjoy.

Amsterdam is a real exploring city which can be done on foot with convenient trams. natural beauty and very friendly people. Look out for the bicycle riders.

Very good hotel, really close to the museum's area!!! and to Leidsplein, the trams are really close so u can go everywhere u ... want. The rooms are very cosy, the bathroom is pretty small! but it's ok, I was only one in the room. The buffet breakfast is good, not the big thing but for the price is a deal.

If u wanna make good shooping! go to dam'square, and the streets arround it. also in the hotel's reception are some tickets for lots of discounts, I bought some souvenirs in a store with a ticket discount that I took from the hotel, and I saved 8 euros.

At the hotel features, they claim they have parking facilities available. This is the reason I picked this hotel. When we got ... there, we were told no parking in the hotel, we need to park on the street. This is ridiculous. We wanted to move to other hotel, but we already paid. We ended up search for parking on the street every night. Highly recommended DONT stay in this hotel if you have a car. Also, very disappointed they are so dishonest to list the feature they cannot provide. On top of that, the shower door is malfunction. We cannot close the door whwen we take shower and all the water leak on the floor. My whole trip is ruined because of the bad hotel experience.
