Each one of our hot air balloons is a federally registered aircraft, maintained and inspected in accordance with FAA regulations and guidelines. Our pilots are FAA Commercially Certified and have many hours of experience in all aspects of hot air balloon flights, so you will have the most amazing hot air balloon experience.

Monday through Sunday; at sunrise and 2 hours before sunset
Ballooning can be scheduled throughout the year, but is dependent on many weather conditions including wind. If you are unable to take flight on your scheduled date due to bad weather we will reschedule your experience for a time AND location of your convenience. You do not have to return to the original site.
Location
Since balloons are directed by the wind, the exact take off site will be determined within 2-3 days of launch in order to allow you to get the most from your flight. You will always be consulted on launch site and it will not drastically vary.
Additional Information
Prices are per passenger. The minimum flying age is 6 years of age and the maximum weight is 270lbs per person.
Redemption Instructions
Once you have completed your purchase, you'll get an e-mail linking to a voucher for each attraction and service. You must print and present this voucher in order to redeem services. You must contact Great American Days within 24 HOURS of your purchase to confirm and schedule your reservation. The phone number will appear on the voucher.
Terms and Conditions
Voucher may be redeemed for Hot Air Balloon Ride. Voucher may only be redeemed once.
Cancellation Rules
Attractions and services are non-cancelable. A Voucher has no cash value and is non-transferable. No refunds, credits, exchanges, or cancellations of a Voucher will be granted once Voucher has been issued. Refunds will not be issued for unused or partially used attractions or services. Availability and pricing for an attraction or service are subject to change without notice.
