I was pleased with Hospitality Suite Resort Hotel. I felt at home. The rooms was spacious and clean. The environment was ... neighborly and family oriented. The staff was friendly and the service was awesome! I will definitely be staying with Hospitality Suite Resort on my next travel to Scottsdale, Arizona.

Great location near the 101 loop which opens you up to the entire city. While the rooms were clean they are dated but provide ... a nice kitchen and living area away from the seperate bedroom. Free breakfast and cocktails at night almost pay for the cost of the room. You should have a car to enjoy this place as the neighborhood has little to offer. Would return.

Couldn't beat the package price for car rental and hotel. Convenient location. Complimentary full breakfast and nightly ... happy hour available. Rooms have mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, hot plate and dishes & untensils. Convenient eat-in or out. Restaurant on location. Three pools. Friendly staff. Not the fanciest but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything you could need for business stay. Free wi-fi also.

The airport pickup was ontime. The location was super. Near to restaurants and public transportation if you do not want to ... use your car. Free breakfast was served in a businesslike fashion. Tour operators pick up at the hotel. Staff was helpful. There was a complimentary computer in the lobby to log on to the internet. If you want to sample good restaurants ask for the Scottsdale old town center.

I love the hotel's pools have 3 to choose from! Can always get a god sun angle and never very crowded. We also ove the free ... happy hour nice to unwide after the day with a few free drinks and always good conservation with other people there. The free hot cooked breakfast was great need more variety though after 3 or 4 th day gets a little old. Our room was right by the ice machine and laundry room other guests were doing laundry till 11 or 12 at night and at the ice machine people were getting ice at 6 am and very loud right outside our door!! The location is great to go see our son at ASU!!! We will be back but hope to get a room not by the ice machine.

I liked the location very much but the hotel (for a suite) had very little room, the shuttle to the airport started at 7am ... which was not convenient to my having to be at the airport at 6:30am or for anyone else who has a very early flight. There was no way to go anywhere if you weren't with a tour or someone driving you around. Anyone who did not have a way to get around town, such as a rental car, was stranded at the hotel. I was lucky I had a friend who was there to drive.

My hint would be to have a friend or good concierge service at the hotel who will tell you where to shop etc....

The hotel was a very good price for lower Scottsdale location. It was easy to get to and had 3 pools that I didn't get to ... try out as I was on business. Parking was good and the rooms were late 70's, early 80's decor. If you want to spend less than $100 per night this is a good value for small rooms and bathrooms.

Hotel provides shuttle to and from airport. There is also an Enterprise car rental place very close by that will pick you up from the hotel. Renting a car away from the airport is cheaper, and you still have transportation to the hotel!
