Great Location and room
boyde8 Oct 26, 2009
While it was a bit more expensive for the one bedroom suite, I decided to get it and it was truly one of the best rooms I ... have had. It has a full kitchen and two HD TV's. The only criticism I would have is that they only have about 20 stations to watch, and since I was there alone on business, it would have been nice to have a few more channels to choose from. Oh... also- don't make long distance calls from the room. I got a $25 bill for a 20 minute phone call- bit ridiculous in these times of cheap long distance! Great location right near the inner harbor.

Even though you have to check out at noon you don't have to leave the parking garage till 4pm. We checked out and went to the aquirum and never had to move the care or pay for another parking spot.

Take the Nr. 11 bus to the Walters Art Museum and the Baltimore Museum of Art. Bus stop is one block north of hotel, on President St. between Eastern and Fawn.

Great wedding getaway!
DS Aug 17, 2009
We stayed at the hotel due to the fact that we were in town to attend a wedding. All of the staff, from front desk to bar to ... restaurant, were great. This was the first time I have ever stayed at a Homewood Suites and I was impressed with the room and all of the amenities. We traveled without the kids, but this would have been a great hotel if we had them. Would highly recommend!

Our hotel experience was wonderful, we checked in early and stayed late and they didn't give us any problems. The entire ... staff was extremely friendly and more than helpful. It was also in very close proximity to the inner harbor and had great restaurants and shops right by us. Whole foods is also behind the hotel. Wonderful suite with bath, bedroom, living room and kitchen. Everything beautiful and new. Location is close to the Inner ... Harbor, Little Italy and Fells Point. But if you're going to be spending most of your time in the Mount Vernon Cultural district, you may be better off finding a hotel there as well.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The furninshings were in need of renewal. The hot breakfast was a great start to ... our day. Many of the sights were within walking distance so there was no need to take the car out of the garage. I hate paying for parking but that seems to be typical for large downtown hotels.

Baltimore Inner Harbor Weekend Getaway
Mike Jun 15, 2009
Dirty, stained comforter replaced with 2 blankets. This after having to wait 1 1/2 hours to be able to check in. Then put in ... a smoking room by "mistake". Some of the fixtures (water spigots) were not securely fastened. the cabinet under the sink in the kitchen didn't have a bottom shelf. You could see the floor under the cabinets! In the fitness center I tried taking my daughter to the pool to swim laps but as it turned out, no children under the age of 16 allowed in the lap pool. But they could go in the "kiddie pool" which was just as deep as the lap pool (4 1/2ft)! LOL The same rule held true for the hot tub. The hotel itself seems pretty nice. Plenty of amenities. It just may have been just our luck this particular weekend. The location is great. Only 2 blocks from the inner harbor, just as close to little italy and appears to be in an up and coming neighborhood in the city.

I was very satisfied w/our room. It was clean & spacious. Location was right near food, the harbor, aquarium & museum. Front ... desk was somewhat helpful, depending on who you spoke with. I would definitely go back, I am from J.C. N.J. so this part of Baltimore had a NYC feel but alot easier to handle.
