Good but not fancy but well priced

The hotel was convenient to where I needed to be. It is hard to find tho. GPS can't find it cuz it isn't on Broad St. which ... is the address, the entrance is on Cox St.. It is just beyond the CVS which is on Broad St. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is not fancy, but it is adequate and clean. There is a kitchenette which is nice.

Short Pump mall is several miles away, a nice mall with major stores and restaurants. Just across the street from the hotel is a Five Guys, a Moe's Southwest Grill and just around the corner on Broad is a Chipotle. Those food places are all walkable.

i thought the trip and the stay was alright.the hotel was very hard to find.it was behind a cvs pharmacy and the signs were ... very small,in fact i was across the street and had to call the hotel staff to find out to get into it.there were other people that stayed there and had partied and got sick all over the steps and they didn't clean up until late the next morning.

While the Homestead Suites does have a kitchenette to make your stay more comfortable, this one needs to be remodeled. It is ... very outdated. Some new rugs and redo the bathrooms would be a great start! Then it would be a good place to stay. The location is ideal which was our main reason for choosing it, as well as the privacy of the rooms.

Short Pump Shopping center is a short drive. High quality fashion, great restaurants, a movie theater, and new bowling alley. Also, across the street is Innsbrook Park. During the summer there are live bands and great happy hour prices.

Room needed cleaning.

The room was very large, well laid out and comfortable but the sheet did not fit the bed and kept popping off during the ... night and the bathroom had not been cleaned at all. Otherwise it is a good location and good value.
