We arrived early (10 am), told the front desk that we needed to get into a room as soon as possible in order to prepare for a ... wedding across town that afternoon. Finally got into a room 1/2 hour before the wedding time (2:30). Had difficulty with the door lock, did not have sheets provided for the sleeper sofa. The blanket finally provided was stained and had a hole. All in all, not a pleasant stay, and would not use this chain of hotels again.

Housekeeping could use some tips

I was just there for one night so it wasn't horrible. The bed was ok but I'm ok with any bed as long as it's not the floor. ... The AC worked good. What I didn't like was I think housekeeping forgot to clean the bathroom. Dirty towels on floor, dirty bar of soap in shower, hair in the shower as well ewwwww! and none of the trash cans had been emptied and the comforter to the bed was thrown in a corner. Which that leads me to wonder did they really take the time then to change the bed sheets?

sent us to the third floor with a room that was not clean yet looked like a crime scene everything was still on, dirty, ... towels everywhere looked like someone was still staying in the room... so we called...then gave us another one on the first floor "suppose to be cleaned already" still had dirty wet hand towels hanging in the bathroom... found black long hair all over the pillow case and bed (im blonde) was just dirty and they said they would let the manager know... if it wasnt for the 6 hour ride and it being pasted 10:30pm i would of slept in my car...ive spent less somewhere else and it was much cleaner...

The hotel is very safe and clean. I especially like the room design for business. There are two office chairs in the room. ... There is a regular refrigerator and ice maker in room. Kitchen wares and utensils in the suit are new and friendly to use.

We needed to check out at 4:30 am and since there was not desk clerk I called a number to see what I had to do the the person ... on the phone was not friendly at all and when I asked how I would get a receipt for the stay she said that I could have one faxed and since I do not have a fax at home I did not get a receipt for my stay.Also there was supposed to be a night security person on duty but I could not find anyone yet the TV was on in the lounge area but NO sign of a human at all. I had to call a cab, let myself out of the hotel and hope that the door closed after I left. The person on the phone treated me like I did not matter to her and how dare I call at 4:00 am to ask my questions. On the positive side the day staff members went overboard to make my stay enjoyable the room was very good with fridge microwave coffee pot and a working dishwasher and stove so you could do meals in your room. We stayed 6 days and I cannot complain about the day staff at all. You have to take your towels to the front desk to get clean ones and they change bed linens every 6 days or on request if you ask. I would stay again except I did not like the 800 number person I called to seek informaiton I think I woke her up and she was real rude to me and all I was asking was for a receipt and how do I safely leave the hotel and the visible absence of a night watchman. Room location and appliances in the room all work flawlessly. No breakfast at all but the desk people gave guidance on good places to eat nearby.

The room was very nice and clean. There were no options for eating on site. It is necessary to have a rental car while ... staying here to travel to resturants or grocery stores.
