**DO NOT BELIEVE THE PICTURES**This place was an absolute DUMP!!! I had reservations here but quickly cancelled as soon as I ... checked in. THANK YOU [...] for taking care of this for me. The courtyard was very nice alot of beautiful foliage that you could shoot a jungle movie in it, but still nice. the hotel itself... should be demolished - it was not recently renovated, there was paint peeling from the sidewalk to the ceiling, passing by some rooms you could see they were being used for storate and had cobwebs and insects clinging to the curtain and window. the linens (bedskirt, sheets, pillowcases, comforters)on my bed were so so wrinkled, the room was stinky, there was not security lock on the door, and it is located DIRECTLY, NOT DOWN THE STREET, BESIDE THE TRAIN DEPOT...I was there maybe 10 mins and the train sounded 3-4 times and you could feel the rumble of the trains. Needless to say, I got out of there quickly..THERE STAR RATING SHOULD BE 0 -1

We actually cut our trip short and left 2 days early because I was grossed out by the dirty rooms. Also we were suppose to ... have rooms next to our children and they weren't. I felt gross and unsafe there are shady characters roaming around like they have weekly rates!

The pictures are not quite what I saw when I got there. I think the pictures need to be updated. The paint on the bathtub ... and the toilet seat covers was chipped and coming off. If they can't afford a new toilet seat cover and paint, I wonder what else they are skimping on. The towels were tiny and there were only a couple of them. The room was supposed to be a deluxe suite and there was absolutely nothing deluxe or suite about it. Made me feel like I was in a motel. Will not be going there again. Was not worth the money.

The Holiday Park Motel was good for the location, you just jump on the Tri-rail and you can be in Miami with no traffic ... hassels. They have a poolside bar that was enjoyable and a breakfast buffet. No micros or refrigators unless you pay extra. I was there for work so it fir my needs.

The Holiday Park Hotel & Suites, DEERFIELD BEACH, FL was about 15min away from downtown Fort Lauderdal. It was a clean and ... comfortable place to stay. The room was large including a desk area and a table and two chairs. I liked the fact that the bathroom was separate from the vanity area and there was a sink with a long counter and there was adequate space for hanging clothes. The free wireless connection is another plus. I enjoyed stay there when I first chose the hotel last year. Now I decided to stay there everytime I visting Fort Lauderdal.

I was looking for an inexpensive hotel to stay the night but be out all day. The hotel is nothing to look at , but it was ... quiet , the bed was comfortable and the amenities are decent. . It is located close to the highway. The conplimentary breakfast is decent . The pool is nice .The reception area is adjacent to a Dennys restaurant. I will most likely not stay there again , because I have no reason to be in that area.

This hotel was comfortable, beautiful bedroom fixtures, including a new sink. The bathroom could have used a work over, but ... it was clean. The bedding looked used and there were a couple stains on the rug by the beds. The breakfast was fairly simple, but FREE! By the court yard, I left my ac or fan on at night and never heard the train. The train may be a problem with some other rooms. The court yard was beautiful and the bartender made a great drink. Families, couples, and tourists would like this place. The tri rail is a great way to get around. I'd do it again.
