Room was very clean and comfortable. Ate breakfast at local in hotel cafe. Ordered Oatmeal and that was not something you ... should order. They really did not know what it was. We got a milk soup with a very small amount of oatmeal flakes. The second version was better but they mixed milk in the oatmeal rather than letting the eater mix it in. The buffet looked good but we were not that hungry.

BUYER BEWARE: No Cancellations Allowed!

Hotel management adamantly refused to cancel my reservation once it was made--even though unforeseen circumstances prevented ... me from arriving in Guadelajara. They would not cooperate with Orbitz customer service staff who tried to facilitate the cancellation. The hotel had my credit card and I was required to pay, even though I couldn't get to the hotel and didn't stay there at all. All I can say is be forewarned and BUYER BEWARE, there is no mercy.

Good location, near many attractions. However, seemed somewhat short-staffed during our stay. Gym is satisfactory but were ... unable to receive assistance from staff with a concern. Feel that for the price this hotel should be better staffed even if it is the off-season as they charge the same rate as if it were the high season.
