One of the nicest hotels that we have stayed at in quite some time. Impressive for being a Holiday Inn. Alot of quality ... for the price.

If you like Mexican food, you must go to Mi Pueblo. Just a short drive down Univ. Pkwy.(West.) Strawberry margaritas are great.

The front desk staff were more than helpfull and courtious. The information in the rooms reguarding local restaurants, ... beaches etc were very helpful (includes good directions) with the exception of location of siesta beach it tells you to go north on 75 when in fact you must go south.

The Holiday In at Lakewood Ranch is a very Green Space (No Smoking anywhere inside). From the time we walked in everyone was ... very friendly and the place was so clean from outside entrance all the way to your room. The room was very comfortable and bigger then we thought, the bathroom with its walk around shower (no doors) and big vanity. Small refirgator with mircowave and coffee pot. The rooms are set up for laptops, great desk area. The area that surrounds the hotel has great entertainment for everyone without driving hours. Our visit was great and we ae planning another trip to Sarasoto, Fl. in a couple of weeks and will definitly stay again. It was a great experience, 5 star

I thoroughly enjoyed the room and its amenities. The pool was the perfect size and comfortable for my family and I. The ... staff was all friendly and went above and beyond to help us out.
