Just stayed one overnight for the friend's wedding. It was good. Didn't use any amenities. Chose it for the location - close ... to the Highway.

Was the closest 3 star hotel I could find to the Richmond International Raceway. Right on the border of a nice area ... but ... also bordered a really shady area. Room was great, large and clean. But the staff, while friendly, seemed absent-minded and inexperienced. When I checked in they forgot to code the cards and give me the breakfast vouchers. Then, when it came time to get breakfast, it took 45 minutes to get my order out, after they had come back out to ask me what my order was, as they had forgotten it! Also every table was empty but no one was cleaning them. If nothing is available then it's not bad, but could really improve. I wouldn't avoid it ... but next go round I'll look for someplace else first.
