Stinky Rooms!

When it comes to price I guess it was resonable since all the other large chains were booked for the rib cook off.It was ... conveniently located to where we wanted to go (rib cook off). You can tell they spruced up the place, which was nice. The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean execpt a little stinky since we got stuck in a smoking room, not by our choice. The breakfast was horrible come to think of it. The wait staff really made you wait. The breakfast was all the same stuff, just presented in different ways. All in all we had a good time, kids enjoyed the pool.

Made the reservation through Cheap Tickets. When checking in the front desk clerk tried to charge my card, and I showed her ... the confirmation from cheap tickets. On return home I find a charge for the stay on my Visa, and despite 4 calls to the hotel (And continued assurances that they would take care of the problem) the charge remains.
