Traveled with my Wife and two children (ages 3 and 6). Stayed at the hotel before and remember it being better. This time ... around the room could have been a little cleaner and the AC was on high, but it was still very warm in the room. Other then that the hotel was good. I would stay again..

Juat an ordinary hotel for one night. Restaurant extremely expensive. Charging 5 euros for the shuttle bus to the airport per ... person is outrageous.

Be aware that everything is an extra. Shuttle service 5 Euro per person, computer center 5 Euro for 15 minutes, no ... complimentary coffee, restaurant upscale service and price - food average. I would recommend this hotel based on proximity to CDG Airport and reasonable room price.

Great amenities with your room

We were very suprised about the atmosphere of this hotel. For an airport hotel you would think it would not have any ... amentities. This hotel had everything. It has a wonderful resturant and bar and the fitness center was like a fitness club!!! I would like to have stayed here for our entire visit. The staff was so helpful they told me exactly what gate our flight was on. The shuttle took us right there. We could see downtown Paris from our room.

This property looks nice, but not up to Holiday Inn standards for business travelers. Strange mix - nice looking lobby, but ... no gift shop. Extremely slow & expensive wireless internet service. No food in the afternoon, including vending machines (I arrived at 3:30 having missed lunch, and the restaurant didn't open until 7:00pm.) Restaurant food was good, but service was slow, and prices were high, both dinner and breakfast. Also, the immediate neighborhood consists only of hotels - no restaurants, markets, etc.) Had to unplug a lamp to get an outlet for my computer. Ice machines, but no ice bucket in the room! Airport shuttle went only to Terminal 2 - most US-bound airlines depart from Terminal 1, so allow plenty of time.

Room Too Hot

The problem was our room was 95 degrees F. This was the fact that the room faced the sun. The AC didn't work. I approached ... the front desk and they said there was nothing that they could do about it because it was too early in the year to activate the AC. They gave me a fan. It was awlful and we could not sleep from the intense heat. By morning it had dropped down to about 85 degrees F. I doubt if I will ever stay in a Holiday Inn again because of this experience.
