I was on a quick business trip where I wanted located between many locations, this hotel fit the bill. My intent was to have ... a place to use as a base and get a good night's sleep. Checking in was fast, without issue; the room was perfect: clean, equipped, comfortable. Excellent choice.

The hotel was clean enough....the staff was friendly enough. I guess it's the little "things" that tend to annoy me at ... places like this though: Free Wifi works in certain parts of the facility. they charge you a buck for making a local call they don't explain the parking policy in the public ramp next door very well, so you end up paying more for that than you should. If you're going to an event at the Metrodome, the location is perfect and within walking distance

The hotel is a great place to stay if you want to go see the Viking or Twins. 6 blocks from the stadium makes it easy to walk ... and if you don't feel like walking the hotel will drive you over to the stadium. Lots of nice bars right by the hotel.

Very convenient to the U of M campus where I was visiting. I was disappointed that you had to reserve a mini frig & that they ... weren't standard in a room. Other places that I have stayed in also come with a microwave. The dining room & room service were great, but no place for leftovers!

The staff was courteous and put up with my ignorant questions. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. My only ... suggestion might include setting up quieter and more efficient air conditioning units. The fans were VERY loud and the room was quite warm. The restaurant staff were welcoming, personable, helpful, and very pleasant. It was a pleasure to dine there in the hotel.

The hotel is worn out,such as, the carpets. The hallways looked out of date, too old. When I checked in I didn't get any ... assistance with my luggages. The room still had belongings from the previous people that were there. However, my worse experience there was with the hotel restaurant manager. He proclaimed that he had tampered with my meal and he didn't care if I knew it or not. I was unable to eat there during my whole visit. He was rude and disrespectful, almost my whole visit there. I finally reported him to the hotel managers and they compensated me with some of the money I had already paid for my stay there. The restaurant manager was spoken to and he stopped being disrespectful and rude towards me. P.S.: The only meal I ate there, on my first day there, was paid for eventhough he stated that he tampered with it.

Great location friendly staff, We enjoyed ourselves very much. We went to three twins games at the metrodome. We walked to ... the games and stopped off at a couple of little bars both coming and going to the games. I would recommend this place to anyone!
