The Holiday Inn Downtown Ottawa was literally just two blocks from the heart of the city's government district. The room was ... comfortable and clean, the staff friendly and helpful. And Ottawa is a great place to stay an extra day to visit after business is done.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The only glitch came with needing a room for 3 adults. We were checked into ... a room with a king sized bed and an easy chair. We were relocated to a queen suite (at no extra charge) but it was smoking room. However, the room was lovely and did not smell of smoke at all. I would definately stay at this hotel again.
