We enjoyed the area, the hotel staff were great, the location was good. The surrounding area is beautiful. Close to shops and ... great places to eat. However, the hotel has trouble keeping up with food service for breakfast on the weekends. When food finally came, it was cold. Lunch and dinner were great.

The staff was exceptionally friendly. And I was very impressed with the customer service. When I complained about yappy ... dogs in the room next door to me, the front desk very agreeably put me in another room. They turned an aggravating situation into a very positive experience.

The Holiday Inn Hotel and Suites in Fountain Hills AZ was clean and comfortable. The room was large with a good sized desk ... to work at. The staff was very nice. This hotel is in a great neighborhood and I enjoyed the stay.

The Holiday Inn Fountain Hills was a great stay. We were in for Super Bowl weekend, and although the price was high (as it ... was everywhere in town), the staff at the hotel was as good as any other place I stayed. The room was large and comfortable. Overall, I'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

We were very tired on arrival to the hotel. We had just arrived from a busy conference in Seattle and it was midnight. The ... check in was made easy by the friendly and helpful night clerk. The room was very comfortable as were the beds. Due to the fact that I packed some of my toiletries in my large suitcase which I left in the car we used the hotels complimentary soaps etc. Very useful in this case. We had a late breakfast in the restaurant the next am and also found the wait staff friendly. The menu had a good variety of selections and the food was very tasty.

The HI at Fountain Hills was very easy to find and in an area centrally located. The staff were outstanding in every way, ... assisting us with tee times and dinner locations. My room was very nice and clean. My only comment would be that the bathroom was not as up-scale as other hotels that I have stayed in. I would recommend this hotel for anyone planning a stay in Fountain Hills or in North Scottsdale (it's worth the extra few miles.)
