Helpful staff, clean room an good breakfast. The hotel is quiet and right in the center of Show Low. The only down side was ... the very soft and uncomfortable beds that made it impossible to get a good nights sleep.

Enjoyed the bed, and breakfast. But it was a tight space for all the furniture that was in there. I think the sink area was ... small, and bathtub room was small. Not emough towels in the bathroom, but of course I did't ask for more. Other than that it was a good stay, I think it could be better with a game room for the kids. Last, when it was time to check in, the room was not ready and they kept telling us 15 more minutes and it turned out an hour of waiting. The area didn't bother me at all.

The Holiday Inn Express in Show Low, AZ was clean, comfortable, and close to dining. The staff was freindly, professional, ... making the check in and out process efficient and effortless. The breakfast provided was exceptional and the afternoon cookies and coffee were a nice surprise. Would definetly choose this hotel again and recommend it to others.
