Great experience!

I just spent one night at this hotel since I was up in NYC for business but I have nothing but good things to say about this ... hotel. Great service, free wi-fi, clean rooms. Rooms are a bit small but very comfortable and have everything you need. Excellent for business, not so much for a family vacation.

my daughter and I were there to celebrate her 21st b/day. Close to things but still quiet enough to rest. Concierge service ... was a surprise and very helpful. Were able to check bags early since checkin is at 3pm. Went to b'way show at 2pm and then came back and checked in. Nice room, very comfy beds, will be back.

The subway can also be accessed in the Port Authority Bus Terminal. If it's raining, enter on the west side of the building (9th Avenue), follow the signs and avoid all but a block and a half of getting wet.

Business Trip
Biz Traveler Nov 6, 2009
Location close to Times Square. Rooms very small and noisy heating system. Free breakfast was nice, but not much selection ... and way to small of an area. Pretty typical of a lot of NYC hotels. Staff was friendly though. Close enough to walk to the Javits Center.

Great Location and Value
IowaFamily Nov 2, 2009
Great location to see Times Square. Walk to many shows and restaurants within 10 minutes. Hotel has only been open since July ... 2009. Rooms are small (great if you are not spending time in the room) but well furnished, quiet and clean. Price was reasonable (if there is such a thing in Manhattan) for what we got. Would stay there again as all we did was sleep there and have breakfast. Staff worked hard to keep up with food being out for breakfast. They did a good job. all staff we encountered were courteous.

Hotel room was very clean and quiet. On the small side but adequate. Would have liked to have had available a small in room ... refrigerator. Continental breakfast was a nice and a good way to start the day. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to Time Square. I would go back and I would recommend this hotel as a home base for a visit to New York.

Excellent Hotel
Jill Aug 9, 2009
We had great service even before we officially checked in. Hotel held our bags while we toured for the day before official ... check-in time. The hotel is only about 1 month old. Very nice. Everything was very clean and the beds were great! Hotel had a decent continental breakfast to start your day. Usual items such as cereals, muffins, toast, yogurt, fruit, etc. About a 10 minute walk to Times Square. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
