A decent place to stay

It was an OK place to stay, nothing to rave about. Watch out for the pool. The pool was nice but they had painted the ... cement with regular paint and it was SOOO slippery. My boy slipped and fell twice (on his bum luckily) and I slipped once but caught myself before I fell. Dangerous. They should REALLY do something about that. Most three to three and a half star places are a little better overall.

The Holiday inn Las Vegas was a large room with everything except a fridge witch would have been nice for the gatorade and ... juice for the kids. but I didnt ask for one. The hotel staff was great, and the continental breakfast was a whole meal the best I have seen. Although there was lttle time for the pool and hot tub it was still enjoyed for the 30 minutes I had to spend in them. I would recommend this hotel to any one especially the price was right.

The evening desk clerk stayed on the phone with us until we weaved our way through Las Vegas traffic and into the hotel ... parking lot. The beds and pillows were superb - the internet access was very helpful and the breakfasts were much more than we expected and very good. The personnel were very helpful and freindly. One of my best hotel experiences. Opps, forgot to tell them that the bathroom sink drain lever doesn't operate.

It is not very close to the strip but easily drivable. The breakfast was good. The pool was shut down for maintenance the ... whole time we were there. Some of the blankets were not as clean as one might hope for! The sheets were fine.

We picked this hotel due to its location west of the Strip as we were planning to spend our time in Red Rocks Canyon. ... Location is convenient unless you want to spend your time at the big casinos in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is clean and friendly and of course you get the HIE free breakfast.

this is a clean hotel with good access to restaurants, stores, freeway etc. Nice staff and quiet at night. Did not realize ... standard room meant a smoking room which I did not want, but now I know !

the hotel was very easy to find. It was in the better part of Las Vegas, away from the strip. If you want to go to the ... strip then you will have quite a ride, but for us it was perfect. The room was clean when we checked in and the beds were great. The bathroom was ok but it was clean and roomy. The bathrooms I think should have a fan in them. The contiental breakfast was really good and was a great help in our stay at the hotel.
