The hotel was excellent, the breakfast was good the only is that they would run out of food easily and it would take a while ... before they brought more food. Although we only stayed 2 nights we didn't get a housekeeper after the first night which I thought was different but it didn't really matter. Location was a few minutes from the University of Phoenix Stadium.... not walking distance from the hotel in heat that's for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was impeccably clean and comfortable. The king size bed was very comfortable, ... with an assortment of six pillows, three firm and three soft. The hotel staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was very tasty. We really enjoyed the pool, which was the perfect temperature. The waterfall and fountains were a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has only been open since Aug. 08 so the facility is new and very clean. There is a very nice outdoor heated pool ... and hot tub surrounded by a nice patio area. The staff is friendly but not well informed about the hotel set up or where things are located in the Glendale area. THe hotel is a five minute walk to Westgate Shoping Center that has a big movie theater and lots of shops and places to eat/drink. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to the Arena(hockey) and the U. of Phoenix stadium where the Cardinal's football team plays. The hotel is 3 stories so if you do not like small elevators be sure to request a room on the first floor. The entrance to the interior stairs is outside the hotel. That door is not locked from the outside so be sure that you are careful in the interior stairways and hallways on the upper floors.

The shops at Westgate are nice but expensive. If you have a car drive a short way to Walmart Supercenter or the Walgreens store. Both have nice souvenirs that are reasonably priced. Just head down Glendale Ave. eastbound to Walgreens (located on the right)hand then cut over to Bethany Home road and go east to the Walmart Supercenter.

I've always been a fan of The Holiday Inn Express with the accomodations always budget friendly. The Holiday Inn Express in ... Glendale is no exception. The hotel is conveniently located and very clean. We had a suite with 2 queen beds that was equipped with a small kitchenette (mini-fridge, small coffee pot, and microwave included). The room was very clean and the beds, very comfortable. The room had adequate seating and a very up to date t.v. The hotel has an outdoor pool. The hotel has an exercise room and a computer room which is accessible for guests..24/7 complimentary coffee, and a complimentary breakfast...friendly staff. Highly recommended and I would stay there again. Great whether your traveling for business or on a family vacation.

The University of Phoenix Stadium is just down the street as well as an outdoor mall which has several shops and restaurants. There is a large Cabela's store and more dining just a short walk away and some additional shopping within a short drive down Glendale Ave.

Our family was in town to attend an event at the Cardinal Stadium, which was right across the street from the hotel. Very ... cool area with lots of fun shopping and great restaurants! The hotel is only a year old, VERY comfortable and nicely decorated. We would stay there any time....

We had agreat stay. The rooms were spacious, staff very friendly,breakfast was a great surprise. We loved that we were within ... walking distance of the sport's arena. Cabelos, and resteraunts and bars. I definately will stay in another one.
