It was wonderful ... First class. The rooms were amazing... clean, roomy, and very comfortable. Maybe just a little ... expensive, but can't complain. We rented 5 suites for a church youth trip with 31 people. All 31 people were treated great, the manager even came out front to take a group picture for us so no one would have to be out of the group. Breakfast was good too. I'll be back with my next group.

This hotel was in a great location. We were in town for a wedding and wanted to also do some sightseeing. The hotel is ... right across the street from The Opryland Complex. It was also convenient to downtown and Belmont College (where the wedding took place). The staff was extra nice and let us make a special request that they fulfilled with a smile. The breakfast wasn't fancy, but it had a pretty good variety. The hotel is fairly new and the rooms were nice and very clean. We were placed right beside the elevetor and vending machines, but it was very quiet.

The Holiday Inn Express in Music Valley was excellent. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, affordable, and very clean. ... The staff was helpful and friendly. The indoor swimming pool was beautiful. The complimentary breakfast delicious. They had everything we needed and then some. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. We will stay there again for sure!!!!

We ate at local restuarants, visited the Gaylord Opryland hotel and shopped at Opry Mills Mall. The location of the hotel ... was perfect for our itinerary! It's a bit far for walking to the mall, but it's possible. The hot continental breakfast is amazing! Best cinnamon rolls around (aside from Cinnabon)! The front desk staff can be a bit short when asking questions and not very helpful at times. Several of the room keys in our party would demagnetize from simply being in a pocket or purse (away from cell phone or keys) and when asked to reset them, they did so in a disciplinary tone as if to imply that it is our fault that the keys do not work. Other than this, great hotel!! Opened in June 2009 and has beautiful, modern decorations! VERY comfortable and clean beds!!

Close to Opryland and Opry Mills. Many good restaurants nearby, within walking distance. Short drive (15 min.) to downtown ... Nashville. Hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff was helpul and pleasant. The most important thing I can say is, "I would stay here again".
