Perfect - great staff & location

Location was perfect for us, the two room suite was terrific, breakfast buffet really fine-tuned and good (no waiting in ... lines, or shortages), staff very helpful and efficient. Would not hesitate to rebook on next trip to Montreal.

Non-smoking room nightmare

Made Orbitz reservation for non-smoking room. Told at hotel these are not actually provided, that we get leftover ... rooms. ORBITZ IS EXTREMELY MISLEADING ABOUT THESE RESERVATIONS!!!!! DO NOT USE ORBITZ FOR HOTEL RESERVATIONS! Eventually, with a lot of complaining and time spent convincing, we were changed to a non-smoking room, but someone else got our original reeking room. HUGE ORBITZ RESERVATION PROBLEM.......

Conference room rate was $140 per night so I got a great deal. I stayed one mile away and took my cold weather gear in order ... to walk to and from conference. With the Suite room I had a microwave and refrigerator. Made my own meal for two of the nights that I was there. In summary, I was able to get some good exercise and eat smart without paying a fortune.
