Great service and beautiful hotel.

We went to Houston for a wedding of a friend and stayed at this location because it was central to the wedding and reception ... areas. The pool was nice and clean and very realxing, the work out area was empty and allowed me to enjoy the time working out. The hotel was very clean and the staff was so kind and efficient.

We went to Houston for a medical specialist's appointment.The Holiday Inn Express we stayed in was fine. However, we saw ... one much closer to the doctor's office than the one we drove to on the west side. Next time I will ask for the HIE closer to the appointment address. Rain and flooding caused us to spend a lot of time driving to find food and get back to the doctor's office.

I was in town on business and needed a hotel close to work and economical. I had stayed at this location in the past and had ... been pleased. The hotel seems to have been upgraded quite a bit. The room decor was new and the linens had been upgraded. I found the bed to be quite comfortable and liked the pillow options - soft to firm. The rooms were kept clean, but I did have to leave a note for the maid to replace the bag in the ice bucket. Otherwise, no complaints on cleanliness. I was disappointed with the iffy wifi, but high speed was available at no charge. The continental breakfast was adequate - the baked daily cinnamon rolls were the best part, a really nice touch! The workout room was adequate as well. Overall, a comfortable stay, which I would do again as long as the price is right.
