I came to the area to visit Disneyland and Hollywood. The hotel location was great and they had a homely feeling. Staff was ... very friendly. The best part of the stay was the excellent breakfast. The Bargain price was the best deal we could ever get!

The reservation was a non smoking room. They gave us a smoking room. We asked why and they said when you reserve online it ... is not guaranteed, we give whatever is available. The problem here is I have asthma and diabetes and I could not breathe in that room. We were in shock when she said non smoking room are a request and not guarnteed. She also said the non smoking room are reserved for customer that make the reservation direct with them. We felt we we not treated as fair as other customer who book direct. After a long discussion the problem was fixed.

On the night stand there is a plastic stand with a piece of paper listing all the tv channels, on the other side is an add for a chinese restaurant. Very Very good food- small place (10 tables total)- very quite.

My girlfriend and I were on vacation. The hotel is very convenient with location and surroundings. Happy with the shuttle to ... Disneyland as it saved us parking and myself from driving! For the money we paid, we enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, the bed was excellent in comfortability and size. Only drag, is the neighbors in the next room over were very loud, and had their TV with the volume up during the nights. Thin walls, I believe. Other than that, Staff, room, service.. Everything was exceptional and great. You can't go wrong with free internet as well as free parking. The Parking surcharges within Anaheim, is a huge bummer.

This hotel was easy to find with my GPS and was an easy process of getting checked in. The only complaints I would have would ... be hearing my neighbor's tv on blaring loud, taking a very early shower and slamming their door. (but that's hotels right?) Other than that most everything was as usual- the ac was a lil tricky to figure out.

Exceeded our expectations!

It was not very far from Disneyland. We saved alot of money by eating the free breakfast. Had a pool and hot tub. The front ... desk staff helped recommend good restaurants near by and even printed up a list for us! They even had a free lock box provided at the front desk for our personal items.

I booked 2 rooms for 3 couples. The hotel staff was very accommodating. We were looking for a hotel away from the Disney ... hub yet close enough to utilize the attractions. This location was perfect. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

We went to Disneyland and some beaches. We chose the Holiday Inn because we have always had a great experince. This hotel ... looks good on the computer a little disapointing when you arrive. The rooms were small, no amenities, staff was not very helpful. The sheets and covers were dirty. I was very disapointed in this hotel. As far as location it was right next to freeway only a few miles from Disneyland. The trip was great but next time if we go back to Disnayland I would pick a hotel closer to the park and make sure we had a fridge and microwave.

Take the shuttle going to Disneyland. So much easier than driving. They drop right at the gates. Our shuttle ride back to the Hotel was longer than it should have. Not sure where the driver went first, because there was just another drop before us. Just seems we were taken the long way back.

Other than the fact that this hotel is near my residence for guests, the complimentary breakfast selection is limited. ... Housekeeping takes forever, the lady I got didn't even understand english. The cleaniness of the room was overall good, but the bathtub seemed to get clogged after 3 days stay. i'd stay here again, only because it was near home.

I was aware of wanting to be near the airport and near the function and this was the best location between the two. Check in ... was very easy. Hotel staff was very polite and prompt at providing services. I did not really like have to be in a room near the elevator but someone has to have it sometimes. I would have no problem staying at this location again I would be sure to ask for a room not near the elevator or ice machine. The food was well prepared.

The Holiday Inn Express was very comfortable, the room is spacious, clean and nice looking. The location was very good -- it ... was near the free way. Staff is friendly. The only problem that we met is the toilet bowl was blocked almost eveyday during our four days stay, it was vey unconvenient because we had to use hotel toilet. Even that we will come back to this hotel.

our hotel room was spacious and comfortable,the bathroom was large and clean ..the queen size bed mattresses were too soft ... and gave us a liitle back pain..the continental breakfast had limited choices,because i have a wheat+gluten allergy there werent many choices for myself,my husband+son ate daily with no problem..didnt get a chance to use the pool..disney is virtually 15 minutes away and there are a few restaurants close by.

I decided to try the Holiday Inn Express. Their rates were less, the location was better suited for the appointments. I was ... very pleasantly surprised. The location was OK. Not great as there was a bit of a problem with road noise. However, when I entered my room I was immediately impressed at how tastefully it was decorated. While not particularly large, it was roomier. The desk set up was ideal for my computer needs and the internet connection worked like a charm. The room had a very comfortable chair and ottoman. The king sized bed was quite comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping at all. All in all I was very pleased with the hotel. I will definitely stay here again in the near future.
