Great location,lovely ,friendly staff,beds soooo comfy!!room spotless.Even had a fireplace in the lounge,which was great in ... the evening,after being out in the cold!!!I would DEFINITLEY stay there on my next trip to Albany,.

The HI Express was very clean and comfortable. Everything promised in the advertising was delivered, with a surprise cookie ... bar in the evening. Highly recommended.

THE HOLIDAY INN I STAYED AT IN ALBANY NEW YORK WAS SOMEWHAT DISAPOINTING BECAUSE THE ROOM WAS HOT THE AIRCONDITIONER SEEMED ... NOT TO WORK PROPERLY THE ROOM SEEMED TO BE NOT SO CLEAN THERE WAS MAGAZINES IN THE DRESSERS FROM A PREVIOUS GUEST
