The hotel is new and beautiful, the staff friendly.We flew into Midway so the location was very close, we were visiting in ... Evanston for the day and had easy access fron the hotel as well as the airport. We would stay again

I found it strange that there was another Holiday Inn (Express) in the same parking lot. Because I was holding a training in ... one of the conference rooms, I had to be sure that my guests knew which facility to go to so as to avoid confusion.

Over all this was a good experience but the things I was disappointed about were the size of the room and the charge to park. ... The room was small for the price and I was caught of guard about the $10/night for parking in their lot (which was not an official pay lot or parkinglot. I did however like the room decor and flat screen tv so I guess that is where the price was justified but still too small, yet very clean since it is only 6 mons old. Great location to Midway airport and up the road were a variety of shops/stores and restaurants.
