Very helpfull staff

I checked in late, and the Kitchen was going to close in 5 minutes, the front desk called the kitchen and asked them to wait ... and take my order before closing, that was very thoughtfull and the waiter/bartender was very helpfull and a nice guy!

I take a trip to Chandler, Az. about 2 times a year. I've stayed at the Crown Plaza and the Holiday Inn Expres.This is the ... best location out of all of them. I wish we could have had the king bed like i had requested but they were full by the time i checked in(2am). They did offer to switch us the next night but I didn't feel like packing up again. The people were very helpful on finding a fast food place that early too. I highly reccomend this place to families. The restaurant on site offers kids eat free with paying adults. Very Great Hotel. P.S. love the fact you can choose from 4 different firmnesses? on the pillows
