I had to remove dead bugs from my bathroom. My coffee pot in my room did not work on my last day. I had to drag my luggage ... up a flight of stairs. And the room service menu was very limited and I was not impressed with my food. Only four hangers to use.

I have stayed at this Holiday Inn previously and it was very nice. However this time I was put in an older run-down section ... and I did not enjoy my stay.The A/C shreiked in the middle of the night until I turned it off. Housekeeping did not clean my room or make the beds after my first night there. I would reccomend this hotel ONLY if you can get an interior room in the newer,better kept part of the hotel.
