Nice...but too noisy

Good lacation, nice place. However, a wedding, a 30th HS Reunion, kids all over...made for a restless night. Almost called ... the front desk...and at 3:30am asked these two guys talking in the hall...to keep in mind what time it was! Seems like a popular place, but far from allowing you to get a good night sleep!

The hotel more than met my needs

The hotel was very spacious but also very connected. The huge parking lot allowed vistors and guest to meet plan and travel. ... The location was perfect for, there was a easy ride to the thruway and expressways. Shopping and fast food were also in close oriximity.

We ate dinner at a place 2 doors down called "Wings & Rings" Not high class food, but affordable, tasty and the staff was very friendly.

We were waiting to meet my mom who was flying in the next day before driving to visit my grandmother. The shuttle arrived at ... the airport very promptly and although there was a small crowd checking in the line moved quickly. The room was small but it was pleasant and clean. We did not have a chance to use the pool but the small of the chlorine was very strong in the atrium. Fortunately we could not smell it in our room. We ate breakfast at the hotel and the food was uninspired. The children ate for fee so I wasn't as unhappy as if I had paid for all three of us to eat there. The next day we needed to go back to the airport to meet my mothers flight and the shuttle took us back. If I ever fly back into Albany I would consider staying there again.

We were there for a funeral and had taken a red eye flight. We asked if we could have a early check-in around noon and they ... refused saying no rooms were available because the check-out is noon. I don't believe that every person stays untill the check-out time. We checked out at 9am the day we left.

This was a wonderful place to relax before a long trip. The beds were very comfortable and the room itself was cozy. The ONLY ... small thing I didn't like was the window did not view the outdoors, but rather the hallway. So you really couldn't let in any natural sunlight unless you wanted to have everyone see into your room as they walked by.

The Holiday Inn was a comforting stay. We were able to leave our car at the hotel and was shuttled to the airport and picked ... up on our return with no problems. On our return, we stayed the evening and returned home the following day.
