My co-worker (another lady and myself) and I went to New York for the weekend. We requested two beds, but could only get a ... kingsize. We kept requesting a change, but did not get one. I feel like they should have been able to make that change. They didn't seem to make an attempt to change it.

The subway system is really easy to navigate and extremely close to the hotel. It was so much easier to deal with if it was too far away to walk then dealing with cabs.

Hotel is in walking distance to any broadway show. View of times square and the empire state building from hotel room window was great. Try to be on the upper floors for the best view (we were on 40th floor)

when checking in our room was not ready and was not available till about 6pm...during check=in we was then told we needed to ... pay a $600.00 deposit. we were also put in a non smoking room and was told that they couldnt put us in a smoking room till the next day because we went threw a third party to book our room..the next day we was then told we couldnt get a smoking room to the following day. then wednsday our anniversary they finally moved our room across the hall same floor our room had to full size beds which was a dissapointment for us on our anniversary and our room was not available till 8pm. this has been very frustated and an inconvenience to us which caused conflict between the 2 of us as a couple because i made the reservations. at times when i would ask when and if our room was ready i would get attitude from staff..i will never ever recommend hilton time square to any of my friends or family members ...my expierence there was horrible and i am not pleased.

We did not spend a lot of time in the hotel. We did a lot of site seeing. The time we did spend at the hotel was very ... pleasurable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel is also important to mention. You can't beat the location and the reasonable rates. All of these factors combined made for an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It's in a great location and the staff was very helpful. I checked in way early and they called me the minute they had an ... open room. The only thing I didnt like about the hotel was the fact that by the elevators to get to the street there is a condo selling booth. While listening to the speil you get a free drink in the bar the saleman who was there was kind of a jerk and condecending when you tell him you are not interested plus the fact he solicits as you get on/off the elevator is irritating. That is my only complaint so all in all a great experience.

THe two young girls working the concierge desk were outstanding. Polite, energetic, very helpful, friendly. Made resturant ... reservations easily at the drop of a hat! What a wonderful experience! Our maid/housekeeping service was also outstanding. The young lady that took care of our room 4212 was gracious, eager to please, trustworthy, and so kind.

it was a great location for the food network festival. however, most of the cab drivers suck. i was in town for the first ... time and i knew locations better then them. Staff was friendly and mostly helpful. long lines and wait at the consierge table.

This hotel is crammed in the middle of Times Square - there really is no ground floor lobby and you had to take an elevator ... to the lobby and another set of elevators to get to your room. The room was quiet and comfortable and we really didn't have much interaction with staff. However, I had requested a rollaway bed and was told no - even though they could have easily removed the chair and footstool and put a single rollaway bed there and there were no available rooms to accommodate us.

We loved the location, hotel staff, and cleanliness of room and hotel in general. Food was very good although pricey. ... Only shortcoming in the room was the drawer space.There was very little and we had to keep clothes in our suitcases which was an inconvenience.

We thought this hotel was very nice. The room was a good size and we had a lovely view of the river and the Empire State ... Bldg. Also, the location was great. We were close to the Port Authority bus station, the theatres, good restaurants, and Times Square.

We had a lot of delays and waits in getting from Pittsburgh to NYC but once we stepped foot in the Hilton, the staff took ... over and saw to it that our every need was met. One step inside the door, and a staff member took our suitcases and guided us to the lobby where check-in went smoothly. The concierge was able to advise us on our daily trips with 100% accuracy. We loved the hotel and staff.
