Housekeeping Blew It!

If you are traveling with children, the rooms at the Hilton Suites are great. The kids went to sleep on the sofabed and mom ... and dad could stay up and watch TV in the bedroom. Housekeeping did a very poor job of cleaning our room. They made the beds but that is about it. Trash was left on the floors and countertops. This is a Hilton hotel. You should expect housekeeping to do a decent job cleaning the room. I have stayed at considerably lesser hotels that did a much better job cleaning the rooms.

The Block at Orange (shopping mall) has some good dining options that are cheeper than the hotel. It is about a 10 minute walk.

Check in was fast and easy. The room was very nice. We loved the bedding! The front staff helped us get a taxi when we needed ... it and the valet was fast and friendly. The watermelon and lemon/ lime water in the lobby was a very nice touch. We used the electronic concierge to find a place for dinner and like it alot.

I didn't like having to pay to use the business center, pay for self parking or for the breakfast buffet. There one only one ... operable elevator and my room was cleaned only once in three days.

Hilton suites was a very clean hotel with a central location to Disneyland. The rooms were also very nice and big. I would ... definitely stay here again. One issue was that we arrived at 6 am and they made us wait an hour in the lobby because check in wasn't until 7. I'm sure the room was available but they couldn't make an exception which was disappointing

This was the second time that my husband and I have stayed here when visiting Disneyland. The rooms are wonderful, ... especially if traveling with children or as we did this time for my mother's first visit to Disneyland. The bed and the sofa bed are very comfortable and the bathroom is situated so that more than one person can get ready at the same time. We will definitely stay again.

There's shuttle to and from the Disney Resort and Downtown Disney that is reasonably priced. The dining on site is good but there are also many places within walking distance.

The moment we drove in there someone to help us with our luggage and checking in was a breeze. Our room was better than what ... we expected. Good size sitting room with refrigerator, microwave oven, table, sofa, chair and tv. The bedroom was large and had a closet with plenty of room and chest of drawers. The bedroom also had a tv and there were plenty of pillows on both beds. Usually you are only given 2 pillows and we each had about 4 pillows. Plus in the closet there was an extra pillow and blanket. The bathroom was also roomy. It had a bathtub plus a separate shower which made it especially nice because two of us could get ready at the same time. We were also given plenty of towels. Most hotels are usually stingy with their towels. The maid service was also excellent. We had fresh towels everyday, plus whatever we used was replaced. Not too far from Disneyland plus we had access to a shuttle. The food at the hotel was great. I can honestly say that our stay Anaheim was a great experience. I would and already have recommended this hotel to our friends and family and on our next visit to Anaheim will definetly stay there.

The hotel is maybe 15 minutes from Disneyland. On the main street there are all kinds of restaurants from bar/grills,nicer restaurants and fast food. Plus a few miles down there is an Albertson's grocery store and on the same strip there's an EXCELLENT pizza parlor.
