I wish I would have went with the Hilton down-town St. Louis, I thought I would save more by staying at the Hilton out by the airport. I save a little but it wasn't worth it to me in the end. But if I would have known I would have chosen location and cleanliness over a couple of dollars saved.

I've never stayed at a hotel where they charged you to park your car, $10 per day. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in ... Orlando, FL last month for a week and that hotel measured up to the Hilton name. The St. Louis, MO Hilton Airport hotel did not measure up to the Hilton name. I guess I was wrong I guess you can go wrong with Hilton.

Convenient and Nice but Noisy

The room and bathroom were very clean and appear to have been recently refurbished. However, I could hear doors slamming in ... the hallway late into the night (not the hotel's fault, but the rooms could have had better sound insulation). Also, one of the mornings the maids decided to stand right outside my door and talk loudly for about 15 minutes. So, if peace and quiet is very important to you, I can't recommend this hotel, but otherwise it's a great value on a really nice hotel right by the airport.

The experience was amazing. The housekeepers did a great job and were very friendly. The front desk was great and helped my ... friend and i alot with directions. Very kind. The computers were very nice. The pool from what i couod tell waas nice. I did not have a swim suit. Forgot that. :/... Beautiful rooms. I felt like someone important. The Shower was great. Loved it all!!!

The hotel was great for the timing of the all star game and really convenient with the lightrail being so close. However, we ... had to go down to the front desk many times to ask for things that housekeeping fogot to put in our room or to complain about adult clips that we saw while flipping through the channels. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel and the beds were really comfortable. I'd reccomend it.

Wow, way better than I expected

I had an expectation in my head about what a Hilton hotel is and suppose to be as I have stayed around the world at all of ... the brands. I walked in and was greeted by a bellman and a manager and was amazed by the color changing lights in the lobby and the logos on the floor. I had stayed here a couple of years ago and it looks like a new hotel now. Checked in and got to my room and the wow factor happened again as the room was brand new and very comfortable. I am wary of staying at airport hotels as they are usually noisy but I didn't hear any planes at all. Weather was hot but the AC kept things cool and I had a great trip. I recommend this hotel as it was very comfortable and had some cool factors with the lobby renovation.

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The downside was that the pool was closed, but other than that, it was very ... enjoyable! I will definitely stay at the Hilton in the future! Another pleasant surprise was that the hotel was right next door to company that I rented my car from. Talk about convenient!

This property may be located conviently to the airport, but it is not located in what feels like a safe area. The ... parking lot charges do not make sense for this property. And, it was very difficult to get a space in what felt like the more secure area at the front of the property. Check in was not fun. The clerk was cranky and never even bothered to say thank you. I will never stay there again.

There were available computers in the hotel lobby that saved me when I forgot to bring my laptop charger on the trip. Dining ... area was satisfactory, with a wide range of food options. The hotel bar was pleasant and comfortable, but the service was terrible. I had to wait 15 minutes to place a drink order when the bar was well under-staffed. The only negatives of my stay involved having to wait and having my patience tested. Otherwise, I give a good recommendation.
