had meeting from 7:30am till 9pm. really didn't have much time at the hotel other than sleeping. nice bathroom, and shower ... had good pressure. bed was comfy. I didn't like the fact that the hotel charged for internet service. That should be part of the room cost.

They did not spply mattress board. I had to sleep on the floor for my back pain. Their mattresses are very soft and bends. ... Took two days to get foam pillows. I am allergic to feather.

It was home away from home. I really enjoyed the quietness of the hotel and the convenience of its location. We needed to ... visit family and it was only a 20 minute drive from the hotel. My friend and I also enjoyed the park next door, Great America! We were also minutes away from nearby malls and restaurants. I thought we made an excellent choice and was really happy with the overall service! Thank you Hilton Santa Clara!!!

I would recommend this hotel with explanation only. This is a fairly old hotel--and very well maintained and the staff is ... wonderful. The linens were to die for! We also enjoyed the restaurant. However, the place was full of children (near Great America, go figure). The pool is very small and even a couple of children make it uninviting for adults who do not want to deal with children. And there were always children anytime it was even remotely warm enough to be in the pool. The jacuzzi is in the same enclosure with the same difficulties.
