A nice alternative place to stay close to all the Disney attractions. Parking is added at $13 a day. A number of busses to ... the park. Clean room but the tub is small and hot water is luck warm. The bed was "extremely" comfortable. Large flat panel T.V. with plenty of stations. The pool area is very nice. The staff is friendly. We did not eat here, but understand that the food is expensive. A couple thought the breakfast was worth it as their children could eat free though. I am impressed if you can get this place at a reasonable rate.

Early Nov must be a slow season because there were very few people there, but the hotel is brand new, beautiful and the staff ... was well trained and polite. They also have a great outdoor pool area that includes a "lazy river". It's on Disney property so it's very convenient, but without the cost associated with staying in one of Disney's own hotels

Pool Guy Nov 8, 2009
Hilton Bonnet Creek. I set out with my girlfriend for a nice romantic week. I had the pleasure of enjoying 7 days at this new ... and soon to be hot spot. The first thing when I walked into the lobby was checking my itinerary to make sure that I had the right hotel...... I will try and give many different sides to the trip, simply because I travelled as a couple and not everyone will be in that situation. Lobby: I already said was nice, large and somewhat intimidating but overall very accommodating. There is a concierge desk for booking trips that you have to go on, as well as nice sit down bar if you are a business man or someone that wants to enjoy a nice drink or catch a game on TV. Pool: All I have to say is they have a lazy river and that was the purpose of my trip to be lazy. Tube rentals are 5 dollars a day, which can be expensive if you have kids and are there for a long time. I recommend buying one for 6 dollars and you have it for the whole trip. They have a place pool side to buy these. The drinks are a little on the expensive side, but I am not sure if I have heard of a place that has pool side drinks for cheap. I had the pleasure of renting a vehicle to make it easier for us to get around Orlando, I got to go to a store and pick up some cans of beer to make it less expensive. As well on top of that they have a 24 hour gym for those that like to work out and it is relatively quiet. And to top it off there is a golf course right in the backyard of the hotel for those that enjoy that leisure. Rooms: The rooms were clean. However, I had to take into account that the hotel has been opened for only one month. Some people would say they are small, but the TV and walk-in shower with a King bed made up for it. I myself was 'not' planning on spending a lot of time in the room with the days at the parks that we had lined up. Overall, clean, welcoming and comfortable. Because it is new they do not have refrigerators in the rooms yet, but I think that is a work in progress for the hotel itself. Although we were provided with a fridge once we had asked for one. Restaurants: I love to eat. Breakfast for children is free in at the Harvest Bistro which makes it easy for families. La Luce is an Italian place to eat that is rather cheap for what you get. I had great service and great food there which I enjoyed multiple times, for the two of us it was under 50$. If you want an upscale meal and are a couple or a group of adults you can take the five minute walk to the luxurious and attached Waldorf Astoria. They have places to eat, but by far the most enjoyable treat on the trip was to eat at the Bull and Bear Steakhouse. As a whole leg of prosciutto passed my face to be eaten by a near by table I sat in awe as I thought I had died and went to heaven. Waldorf has existed in New York for years and now is a part of Orlando. Definitely it was a treat that I can now say that I have experienced. Service at both hotels were nothing, but smiles and helpful. Yes they did not know the answers to everything right of the bat, because it is new, but there was not one person that didn't go out of their way to find that answer for me. The only low side of the trip that didn't apply to me is that there is nothing close in Disney. You need a car to get to and from the parks, shopping and anything else that you would like to do. If it is relaxing you want to do then you wouldn't really need to go anywhere, but I thought readers should know because it can become costly if you are there for multiple days and need to taxi everywhere. I sat by the pool for at least three days of the trip and was trying to think of who this hotel was going to target to fill their rooms. There were families, couples, businessmen/woman and all of the above looking to enjoy a time at the Hilton Bonnet Creek. Overall this was an experience for me from pool to restaurant. And in case anyone wants to know I highly recommend two things, the Hilton Bonnet Creek as w...

Great Hotel

From valet to checkin to checkout, the staff was absolutely wonderful. The lazy river pool was really great along with the ... poolside service. Bed and linens were quality and comfortable. My only complaint would be the ridiculously high prices for food. $19.95 for hamburger and french fries? $5 for a bottle of water?
