I would have liked to seen the gift shop have a more extensive variety of products. There are no stores in the terminal to ... shop unless you have checked in for your flight and go through security. The walk to the hotel from terminal 4 was too long, especially after a long journey. Should have a shuttle to the terminal if possible.

Absolutely great service. Great room. Easy to find, good location at airport. easy to use underground. Might be pricey, but ... could be worth it. Big rooms, unlike in London's center, where you stay in a virtual closet.

Go to London by metro. A walkway leads from hotel to underground. No need for the express trains that cost much more.

We arrived early from our Baltic Cruise. Our room was ready at 11:39 am. We were given a room on the executive floor. That ... gave us complimentary hour dovers and drinks in the evening. Complimentary Breakfast in the morning. They took us to the airline terminal in a golf cart. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT

Bed and pillows were very basic and uncomfortable. A bit of mold in the shower on the tile. Temperature control knob on ... shower broken off so could not adjust it. Only shuttle is to Terminal 5. Had to walk for 10 minutes to train inside Terminal 4, then take a train to other Terminals.

The hotel is very well placed; at Heathrow terminal 4; but the "covered walkway" walk is about 7 minutes from terminal four. ... If you have lots of bags, that could be a minus. If one arrives at other terminals, it is a relatively short intra-airport train stop from other terminals. I arrived at about 10:00 pm and there were a lot of people checking in, so that took awhile. And the room was not made up when I got into it; calls from my room to the front desk or guest relations went unanswered after 12 rings, so I had to go back down to the lobby to get it straightened out, and wait in a longer line that had developed by 10:30. The front desk seemed a bit understaffed. But everyone was very friendly and accomodating.

The beds were on wheels, the place smelled like raw sewage...the floor was damp and dirty. It did not represent the Hilton's ... that I have stayed in America. This is my first time traveling overseas so this may be normal but it was not what the pictures represented. I will not stay there again!

Great design/style of the room decor. Nice Flat panel TV, convient to get to London by Rail or Bus. Very helpfull staff. The ... bar had two PCs connected to a printer, so I could print my boarding pass out on Sunday (Business Center was closed). Quick check in and quicker check out.

Having the hotel situated where it was made a very easy transition for me and I never needed to rent a car or even take a ... shuttle. I was able to take the airport baggage cart right from the airport, through the passageway and up to my room and take it back in the morning without having to unload my cases. The hotel staff were all great.

The Hilton London Heathrow Airport was very confortable, the staff was friendly and curtious. I was shocked to see that my ... room was clean, spacious, and accomodating. However the distance of the hotel to the airport was far. I had a great time and would suggest this hotel to my friends.

The Heathrow Airport Hilton is a perfect location for overnight accommodation especially if in transit through London. It has ... a large variety of Restaurants and the rooms, while small are well thought out and contain all the essentials. The shuttle service to Terminal 5 is also a great benefit and runs every half hour. I have used this hotel on many occasions on my way through London and I find the staff to be helpful and friendly. You cant beat the location if you have an early flight!!

The hotel is beautiful, and, most important to me, it was connected to Terminal 4 by a covered walkway. Even though I was ... flying in and out of Terminal 3, it was easy for me to get to this Terminal and, thus, to this hotel. It is the only hotel I know of that is so directly connected. The dinner that I ordered from room service arrived quickly, and it was absolutely delicious. The complaint I had was that my TV did not pick up on at least 2 channels--Sky News and CNN. Most egregious was that my toilet did not flush! I don't know whether the previous tenant had put something down the stool or what, but I was in that room for approximately 17 hours and was only able to flush one time!! Please!
