The employees were welcoming and polite every time I encountered anyone. The room was very nice, well-equipped, clean and ... pleasant. I would stay there again any time I visit Tucson.

We were picked up at the airport by a complimentary shuttle bus. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were ... then shuttled to a rental car company in the area and saved close to $100.00 in auto rental fees since we were able to pickup our rental car outside of the airport area. The staff made a suggestion for a nearby Mexican restaurant that we were happy with. We would have used the pool but the pool area did not have any shady areas, which in 110 degree weather would be needed. Hotel is in good proximity to the Tucson airport

"Relaxing weekend"

We had a relaxing weekend at the pool. Security was very on top of complaints made by guests about alot of people trying to ... swim that were not staying at the hotel. The staff made us feel very relaxed and looked after.

The never again experience

The pool was great, the room was very basic, nothing special about it. The A/C was very loud, unable to get the right temp. ... No free breakfast, not even coffee! I had no clue that breakfast had to be added to the room reservation and I was notified until Thursday! Hilton came short of my expectations, next time I'll get better service, breakfast and room at a cheaper hotel.

We relaxed and enjoyed the pool and lazy river! Just wish there had been more tubes for the river available. There were lots ... of places to eat nearby and the staff could not have been nicer.
