Best service we have ever had!

We arrived at the airport and I called the hotel. We were picked up from the airport within 20 minutes and brought to the ... hotel. We didn't expect to check in as we were 4 hrs early, but they had a room waiting. We went off on a cruise the next day and returned the following week. Once again we returned to the hotel hours before check in and again they had a room ready for us stating, "We want you to be comfortable". The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were great, very friendly. We appreciated their kindness and excellent customer service! We also enjoyed the convenience and good food the restaurant offered.

If you're looking for something to do, we enjoyed taking the water taxi and seeing the sights. We also enjoyed shopping, swimming and dining at the stops.

Hilton Garden Hotel is located in an excellent location if you have an early connection at Fort Lauderdale airport, as I did. ... The rooms are quite nice and affordable, and a short walk to shops/mall area across the street. I also found hotel staff very friendly, helpful and efficient. On top of that, there's a free shuttle to the airport, really perfect for a business traveler. They have a good gym, but as a swimmer, the pool was a bit small to do proper laps, but at least they have one.

We enjoyed a restful day and night in transit to our flight home after visiting family in Miami. The WIFI was great, staff ... very helpful and the shuttle driver was delightful! Rooms are exceptionally high quality and clean! This location is within walking distance of shopping at B J's Club Warehouse, Old Navy, K-Mart, Barnes and Noble, Home Depot, etc. McDonalds and Burger King are on opposite corners! We watched some TV on the great LCD screen! The coffee was very good and cookies at the reception counter were outstanding! All-in-all, this is a great place!

Needed a place that was close to the airport after getting off of a 5 hour return cruise from the Bahamas. This hotel was ... very clean and the man that checked us in most pleasant. After staying somewhere a little questionable on the front end of the trip, this was a welcome relief.

We got in late in the day and did not get to experience all the offerings of the hotel. THe staff seemed a bit harried, but ... nice and helpful in getting us transportation to the Miami Port.
