very accommodating to guests. it was unusual that the hotel called us to ensure our stay was meeting our expectations. A ... shuttle took us to and from the clinic and leaves the hotel every half hour. Directly across from ball field.

Felt very secure there,we were able to walk anywhere we chose.Very quiet in the evening-seems like the staff in general ... catered to the business person-but that's where the money is-Very nice,we would stay again.We went to an Indians game while there-beautiful stadium!!!!The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame is great,everybody should go there at least once.

All was perfect from start to finish. Able to get an early check-in from delightful desk clerk. Room was spotless and ... everything worked! Terrific buffet breakfast at a very reasonable price. Very convenient to all downtown attractions.

My son and I traveled to Cleveland to see the Tigers play the Indians. Unfortunately the Tigers lost. The hotel is right ... across from the stadium and this, along with price, is why I chose this location. The Hilton staff was very helpful and courteous, and the room was exactly as promised.

The Hilton Hotel's staff is the worst I have ever seen or even heard of. They had hidden charges for everything (including ... $16 parking in their own lot). I will never stay at a Hilton agian. The room was small, the remote didn't work, and the bathroom was dirty.

Rooms are a good size and cleaned nicely. Bathroom is clean and nice size also. Lcd tv's in the king bed rooms are a nice ... feature. Nice desk area with internet capabilities. Bar and resturant downstairs is nice and food is good. Nice snack section in lobby. Nicest breakfast buffet I have had at a hotel, but it costs $10.95 per person and paying for parking stinks a little too. Those 2 should be included in room fee but other than that it is a very nice hotel and I had a wonderful stay there.

We arrived in town to attend the Cavs Magic Eastern Conference Championship game. The Garden Inn is only 2 blocks away from ... the venue.. couldn't have been easier and the Garden Inn is just a great place, clean and excellent staff. I do wish the onsite parking was a little cheaper. You have to purchase parking for 16.00. Across the street it's 5.00 I believe.

This hotel was more than I expected. The rooms were very clean and and quiet. The location was very good as we went to a ... concert and were able to walk to it. The staff was very friendly and courteous. We enjoyed a drink at the bar and breakfast and were very pleased with both. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

A good Hotel for the money

The hotel was excellent. The value you get for the money is really good. It was clean, nice, and comfortable. The room was ... spacious and included a fridge and a microwave. The king size bed was very nice and they had free internet included. Location was good in downtown Cleveland close to jacobs field and other attractions. The only disadvantage was the parking fee of 15 dollars/day for the car but considering you dont want to leave your car parked out on the street it was not too bad.
