Not Good
honeymooner Oct 19, 2009
The shuttle took forever - we were told it ran every 15 minutes and went to catch the shuttle early the next morning at which ... point we were told it runs every half hour. We had to wait 20 more minutes to get the shuttle. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8:45 AM! Thank goodness we were up because they knocked quietly and just came in. The front desk staff were not friendly and rather rude when asked questions. The breakfast attendants burnt our breakfast and never rbought it to us either. We would have been ok with making it ourselves but she said she would. We never saw it until we went to check and it was burnt. The bed was supposed to be adjusting and did not work.

Comfortable hotel
Diane H Jun 22, 2009
We stayed at this hotel just by the Atalanta airport on our way to a vacation in the Caribbean and it was a perfect start to ... our holiday. The reception area was welcoming and the staff very courteous. The room was beautiful, spacious and extremely clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is exceptionally good for a hotel chain. We would not hesitate to stay in a Hilton Garden anytime.

Atlanta Trip
Nancy Mar 3, 2009
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn based on the Hilton reputation. It was also convienent to the Airport and downtown. ... While there, we went on the CNN Studio tour and to the Georgia Aquarium. Both were great. Plenty of restaruants to choose from and not far away. We liked the location because it was out of the mainstream atmosphere of downtown Atlanta. We will most likely stay at this hotel again as we enjoyed the friendly staff, the restaruant/bar within the hotel and the location.

Always make reservations to activities that you know you will be going to. It saves hassels if they fill up and you don't have to wait until the next session.

Good if you need to be near the airport
G Lawrence May 3, 2008
The rental car companies at the airport had no idea where the hotel was, so couldn't give directions. Once there, finding a ... parking place to check in was impossible; the area was covered by the hotel's own buses. Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the staff knew what they were doing. The restaurant and bar are not separated from the lobby, so they're a bit noisy, but the food quality was adequate, and drinks were well made. Prices are average. There appears to be a good attempt to accomodate the business traveler with hook-ups in the rooms and some services available. Unfortunately, there was a wedding party that went on most of the night I stayed there, and that diminished an otherwise reasonably satisfactory stay.

Judy Feb 15, 2008
I checked in late and requested a late check-out they were very firm and didn't seem like they checked anything and said no. ... The staff was not very friendly. I am not sure I would recommend another stay to anyone for this hotel especially when I thought I was paying for much more that I got.

Comfortable and convenient airport stop
Margaret Sep 8, 2007
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable and transport to and from the airport good, although not very frequent around ... 6.00 am (the option was for 5.45 (too early) or 6.15 (perhaps a bit tight for a 7.45 am flight as there's always the risk it could be late). The most disappointing thing was the eating area and the very limited menu of fairly average food. There wasn't really an option to eat elwewhere unless you had transport and plenty of time. The closest restaurants are not within walking distance. This is a good and relatively inexpensive option if you need to stay at the airport in Atlanta overnight. The food is adequate but not 'fine dining'.
